User Experience (UX) — The overall feel and quality of using a product — not just what it looks like, but how easy, intuitive, and pleasant it is to actually use. UI is the surface (buttons, layout, colors); UX is the experience (does the flow make sense, can a user get where they need to go without friction, do error messages help or hurt?).
