Lab Services Agreement (LSA) — The contract between GDT (or a client) and a lab governing how lab services are provided — pricing, scope of testing, data handling, turnaround time commitments, and termination terms. The lab equivalent of an MSA. Often paired with a BAA when PHI is involved.
