Epic (the EHR) — One of the largest and most widely used electronic health record systems in the U.S. Used by major hospital systems and academic medical centers. Distinct from EPIC (agile, above) — context will tell you which is meant: “Epic integration” almost always means the EHR; “EPIC #102” almost always means the agile/GitHub kind.
