MSA Redlines — The process of reviewing and negotiating a Master Service Agreement by marking proposed changes, edits, or objections directly on the document — traditionally in red ink, now typically done digitally using tracked changes. When a client “redlines” an MSA, they are pushing back on specific terms and proposing alternative language.
