Distribution Agreement — A contract between a manufacturer or service provider and a distributor that grants the distributor the right to sell or deliver the provider’s products within a specific market, region, or channel. Unlike a reseller agreement, a distribution agreement often involves the distributor actively moving or delivering the product to end customers.
