Account Manager (AM) — The primary point of contact between a company and its clients after a sale is made. The AM is responsible for maintaining the client relationship, ensuring the client is getting value from the product, and acting as the bridge between the client and internal teams. At GDT, the AM oversees the ongoing client relationship across the full lifecycle — from handoff after the sale through implementation, go-live, and beyond. This includes regular check-ins, renewals, issue escalation, and coordinating with the Project Manager, Software Engineers, and Client Success Team on the client’s behalf.
